THE OHA QUALITY POLICY

 

OHA is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We are committed to constantly achieving customer satisfaction for inventory accuracy, recovery quality, chemistry quality, and customer service.  This policy is achieved through customer focus, continuous improvement, employee empowerment, and teamwork.  Our company values integrity and honesty in all our dealings with customers, vendors, and employees.
 

We further measure quality by:
 

• Helping our customers with their Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) compliance on new product introduction, validation, and documentation

• Working to incorporate all customer-driven standards into our processes

• Customer satisfaction

• Using ISO standardization to continuously improve our processes and quality

 

In addition, we have implemented procedures designed to:
 

• Monitor each heat with computerized spectrometers to insure proper use of raw materials, determine least-cost analysis, and to control inventory

• Maintain samples of all heats for future reference

• Hold quality forum meetings regularly throughout the plant
