Marking the celebration of our 17th anniversary in 2019, we were proud to announce the introduction

of our transition to becoming a 100% employee-owned company. The establishment of an Employee

Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) will enable Owl's Head Alloys to continue our strong tradition of

providing high-quality service with integrity for years to come.
